Information: GWDG availability at Christmas and New Year's Day

The GWDG service hotline will not be available by phone from 24.12. to 27.12.2020 and from 31.12.2020 to 03.01.2021. From 28.12. to 30.12.2020 it will only be available by phone from 9:00 to 17:00.

If you would like to contact the GWDG on the days when the service hotline is not available by phone, please create a request via our support website or send an email to support@gwdg.de . The ticket system behind this will also be checked regularly by GWDG employees on these days. We ask all users to be prepared for this.

The GWDG data center remains closed until further notice due to the current pandemic situation.
