The data centre of the GWDG is closed from 22.12.2018 to 26.12.2018 and from 29.12.2018 to 01.01.2019. On 27.12.2018 and 28.12.2018 the data centre is only opened from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and there is only a restricted secretarial service.

In urgent cases please contact our support staff at support@gwdg.de. Each message is put into our ticket system which will be checked on all days from 22.12.2018 to 01.01.2019.
